Be Merry 2018
Followers, readers, casual browsers, Season’s Greetings!
In 2019, Torsade Literary Space, which started life humbly as Stephanie’s Blog, will be five years old. Lots of goodness has been stocked in its pages since that beginning.
I want to thank everyone who has stopped by, everyone who gets some enjoyment from my work…that’s why I do it!
I’ve been plugging at a lengthy project to bring all my old posts (except the obsolete ones, deleted), up to the current formatting standards and do read-throughs for correcting errors and making improvements. Going forward, I’ll do more in-depth editing of old pieces, and devote a larger chunk of time to new writing. Check out my sister blog, The Cartoon House, if you’ve never seen it.
And now, a little holiday tune…
[By the way, “Deck the Halls” is a funkier song than you would think. There are Welsh lyrics, and the tune is thought to be Welsh, with English words composed in 1862, by Thomas Oliphant. The word “troll” in the second couplet isn’t trolling you…it has an alternate meaning, “to move in circular fashion, roll or turn”.]
And, as always…
