All the Latest from Torsade!

Readers, today’s episode of A Figure from the Common Lot completes the novel. The time has come for me to spend two or three weeks on blog maintenance. The checklist includes all posts and pages, reviewed for the latest formatting, for typos, working links, images; updating newly re-edited content, removing or replacing outdated content, etc. I will be keeping up with Haunt to its conclusion, with my translation of Catastrophe, and with the weekly episodes of Sequence. The rest of the days, I’ll be re-posting the poem-story The Folly.

Cartoon of the Week: Double Word Score

In this week’s A Figure from the Common Lot, Élucide muses discontentedly on the difficulty of snaring Richard; in Monday’s Haunt of Thieves, Gafeidda escapes, carrying the burden of sacrifice. In Tuesday’s Sequence of Events, chapter four ended with Durco thinking of his wife and his personal mission. Wednesday, a second poem in the “Lab-Grown Brain” series; Thursday, Catastrophe, more exposures about the Martinique election that doomed Saint-Pierre. On Friday, a new episode of The Totem-Maker, as the hearing continues, and the Minister of Causes speaks. Saturday, the third poem of the Eight series, “Purity”.
Images on my posts usually have a link to related information (click first image), sometimes serious, sometimes whimsical, sometimes in answer to a direct reference. Since people can be leery about links, I include them here: what they are, what sites they point to.
