Cartoon of the Week: Heredity Is Destiny

This week, in A Figure from the Common Lot: Jerome (part four), Anne’s betrayal and abandonment of Honoré ends with his placement in the poorhouse infirmary. Monday’s installment of Inimical recounts Kneussl’s despairing memories of the Great War; on Tuesday, a new poem was posted, “Now Requesting Action”. Wednesday, The German Spy, the fifth arc of the Folly series began, with “Perhaps a Pair of Eyes”, bringing short-term resolution to Trout’s encounter with the Pale Knight. Thursday’s Inimical has the end of Kneussl’s, and the whole of Greta’s, unhappy recollections; then a bit of Anton Aerendael’s shady dealings. “Are You Loveable”, on Friday, dealt with Oland Coleman’s uncertain sorting of the facts regarding George’s accident. On Saturday, a new essay in the Misfit series, discussing some bad argumentation styles.
Photos on my posts usually have a link to related information (click first image), sometimes serious, sometimes whimsical, sometimes in answer to a direct reference. Since people can be leery about links, I include them here: what they are, what sites they point to.
